My first room was ‘The White Room’! The only direction I was given was what furniture went on what ‘pad’; from there I was left to my own devices!
I called this ‘The Loft Room’; I wanted to pull similar furniture pieces together onto one pad and make it 2 different feeling room spaces. What do you think?
Here’s a close-up of the bedroom in ‘The Loft Room’; I really enjoyed working with these collections and decorating with whatever accessories I could find!
Across from ‘The Loft Room’ was a pad with 4 different furniture sets; the one on the left is my favorite, ‘The Cocktail Lounge’!
What I liked about this room was the furniture size, more of an in-between scale - not too big but not too small. I thought the warm tones and stripes were a great combo!
This particular shade of powder blue has become very popular of late, especially when paired with dark brown. The compliment is quite striking and fun!
‘The Pop Color Room’ was all about the unique rounded modern design of the leather furniture, offered, of course, in bright color tones! Very fun!
Though this is not my style, I enjoyed the small intimate space I had to work with, and using a mix of regular and sale priced items!
This pad shows ‘The Outdoor Room’, with a lot of natural wood tones, green and brown colors, and a mix of different textures. Very comfortable and relaxing!
Here’s the flip side to this pad; using dark wood pieces as a contrast to the bright greens this pad has a lush and comforatble feeling, along with 4 different furniture sets!
Again, this is not my personal style, but I really liked the quasi-Asian flair of the cabinets combined with with other tables and warm ‘food’ tones of the furniture.
Here’s another side of the same pad, with the ‘food’ tone furniture; the plush and comfortable setting was not overpowered by the sheer size of the peices!
